    and executing the company's sales strategy and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with
    the executive team to establish sales goals and objectives, and lead the sales team in achieving these
    goals through effective sales strategies, team management, and market research.

Job Description

  Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets, including setting sales targets, developing sales plans, and tracking sales performance.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers to support sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to develop sales forecasts and adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Ensure that the sales team is adequately trained and equipped to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products and support for the sales team.
  • Work closely with the executive team to establish sales budgets, forecast revenue, and manage expenses.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote the company and generate new business opportunities.
 Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing a sales team.
  • Experience in the electric bike or automobile industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
