    Manager Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and
    achieving targets within their designated region. As a Zonal Manager Sales, you will be responsible
    for managing a team of Sales Managers and Executives to drive sales and expand our customer base.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Managers and Executives to achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as dealers, distributors, and customers.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales initiatives and promotions to drive sales and build brand awareness.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of the sales team’s performance and provide feedback and coaching for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automobile industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EV automobile industry and market trends.
  • Experience in managing a team of Sales Managers and Executives.

  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
