Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market
share.
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Managers and Executives to achieve sales
objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as dealers, distributors,
and customers.
- Develop and execute innovative sales initiatives and promotions to drive sales and build
brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their
skills and knowledge.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance, market
trends, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Conduct periodic reviews of the sales team’s performance and provide feedback and
coaching for improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the sales team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- In-depth knowledge of the EV automobile industry and market trends.
- Experience in managing a team of Sales Managers and Executives.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
