Education :

Job Description
Quality Assurance:
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for the fabrication of automotive components.
Perform inspections and tests on fabricated parts to verify compliance with specifications and engineering drawings.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in fabrication processes to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize fabrication procedures and implement best practices.
Standards Compliance:
Ensure that all manufacturing processes and outputs comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
Stay current with changes in quality standards and technologies applicable to the automotive industry.
Training and Development:
Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and improvement methodologies.
Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the quality team.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze quality data, such as defect rates and inspection results, to identify trends and areas for corrective action.
