Job Description

  1. Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
    candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and strategies to attract top talent in the automobile industry.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee issues, promoting open communication,
    and resolving conflicts.
  • Support management in performance management discussions and ensure proper documentation of
    employee performance.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Assess training needs and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and
    knowledge.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into
    the organization.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the workforce.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of the performance management process, including
    goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers on effective performance appraisal techniques and
    employee development plans.
