Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Development: Plan, create, and execute innovative ATL and BTL marketing campaigns that
align with the company’s objectives and target audience.


Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive
landscape to inform campaign strategies.


Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for various
marketing channels, including print, digital, social media, events, and more.


Media Planning: Manage media buying and public relations efforts, overseeing relationships with media
agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective campaign reach.


Event Management: Organize and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and product launches,
ensuring a consistent brand experience.


Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports to assess
effectiveness and recommending adjustments as needed.


Budget Management: Assist in budgeting and allocation for various marketing initiatives, ensuring
optimal resource utilization.


Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and
customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.


Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in
