Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage the inventory levels of spare parts to ensure adequate stock is maintained to meet customer demand.
Conduct regular audits of spare parts inventory and assist in the identification of slow-moving or obsolete parts.
Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory costs.
Order Processing:
Process orders for spare parts from retail customers, service departments, and dealerships ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with warehouses and logistics for the timely delivery of spare parts and resolve any shipment issues.
Supplier Relations:
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the availability and quality of spare parts.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve the best possible procurement outcomes.
Sales and Customer Support:
Provide technical and product information to customers, including service departments and dealerships, regarding spare parts specifications and compatibility.
