This collaboration marks an important milestone as we work to expand our reach and improve accessibility to service and maintenance solutions across the country. Together, we are setting the foundation for a robust service ecosystem that aligns with our vision of promoting sustainable mobility.
Expanding Our Network to Over 1,000 Touchpoints
By joining forces with SpeedForce, we are ensuring that Joy e-bike customers will have access to over 1,000 touchpoints nationwide, including service centers in more than 350 locations. These service centers, already catering to approximately 150 vehicles per outlet each month, will now extend their expertise to our Joy e-bike customers.
This partnership will allow us to support an additional 50,000 customers every month, making our electric vehicles more accessible and easier to maintain, especially in areas where our dedicated showrooms or service centers are not yet available.
Seamless Sales and Service Experience
As part of this partnership, SpeedForce outlets will now exclusively retail Joy e-bike models, creating a one-stop destination for both purchasing and servicing Joy e-bikes. This move is designed to simplify the customer journey and bring our vehicles closer to those in underserved areas.
Our collaboration with SpeedForce is particularly valuable for regions like the Seven Sisters in Northeast India, where access to service and maintenance has traditionally been limited. By ensuring a presence in these areas, we are fulfilling our commitment to make electric mobility a practical and viable option for everyone.
Comprehensive Service and Maintenance Solutions
In addition to retailing Joy e-bike models, SpeedForce outlets will stock genuine spare parts, lubricants, and offer technical support to Joy e-bike customers. These comprehensive service and maintenance solutions will ensure that our customers have access to top-quality care for their vehicles, no matter where they are.
Moreover, SpeedForce’s entry into the EV service segment further strengthens our shared commitment to green mobility. With their extensive experience in servicing internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles and their new focus on EVs, SpeedForce is perfectly positioned to deliver the high standards of service our customers deserve.
